A handmade size 7.75 Cantera Opal Silver ring made with a Teardrop shaped, Mexican Opal in Rhyolite Matrix.
This stone has yellow and orange opal in an red-brown stone matrix.
Opal is a birthstone for October.

The opal has been bezel set with 999 fine silver on a 3mm wide hammered 925 silver band.
The silver plate behind the stone in partially open to show the back of the stone.
